Research & Discovery

Anna Parison

by Jody McKim & consultation with Karen Unterweger & a special thank you to Noelle Giesse for her assistance in locating various records and taking cemetery photos for us.

The name Parison becomes a part of our research when the name Anna Parison appears as a granddaughter of Frank Senetra and Magdalena Binjung Krauetz Senetra, on the 1930 US Fed Census in Queens, NY.  Karen said Nick Parison & wife Anna only had one child named Anna & she never had any children.  Anna's married name was something like Borchding?  Further investigating proves it to be Borcherding.

1930 US Fed Census: Frank age 58 [est b 1872] Hungary, immigrated 1905, first married at age 24, occup: rubber factory. Magdalena age 56 [est b 1874] Hungary, immigrated 1904, first married at age 22.  Granddaughter Anna Patterson age 16 b. NY, parents b. Hungary.

Re: Anna Patterson - After consulting with Karen, I learned there is a cousin named Anna Parison, daughter of Nicolaus Pairson & Anna?

Frank Senetra died on July 28, 1930, buried at St. Michael’s Cemetery

Noelle Giesse went to St Michael's Cemetery and took photos for us.  There was one large stone with all these names on it: Senetra - Parison - Unterweger - Durr - Frisch Family Graves.  Below are the Parisons.  See all info/photos.
