Taking  a look into  the documents from 1901 under the number Ö 138/25 of the Royal district court of Temesvar regarding the heritage of the defunct Joannes Marmon : 

Decision 

Based on the sentence Nr.Ö 138 / 17 from 1901 and the decision of the Royal district court Temesvar from 25 April 1904, the situation plan from 25 October 1901, the certificate for the proof of identity from 5 November 1904, the notarized certificate Nr.1015 from 22 October 1901, the certificate for tax-payment Nr.3084 /1901 and the sale contract Nr.8613 / 1904, it was decided that all the plots noticed in the land register 36 of Mehala - 4 acres with the parcel number 1259 ; 3 acres with the parcel number 1418 ; 3 acres and 976 square fathoms with the parcel number 1691; 4 acres with the parcel number 2309 – will be divided and registered as follows:

a.) 2 acres and 451 square fathoms from the parcel number 1259

      1 acre and 1134 square fathoms from the parcel number 1418

      2 acres and 86 square fathoms from the parcel number 1691

      2 acres and 451 square fathoms from the parcel number 2309 

These plots will be all registered in the land register of  Mehala under the number 2102 , as the property of Ingrisch born Marmon Elisabeth , of the minors Anton, Katharina, Joannes, Peter and Maria Marmon, all of them being inheritors of the deceased Joannes Marmon. Then these plots are sold to Thomas Pavlovits for the price of 4040 Kronen and registered under Nr.C17

From the above mentioned sum will be subtracted the recorded mortgage (lien) in benefit of the Company for water distribution in the Bega-Temes-Valley.

The own capital of the debtors was 8 Kronen 41 Heller (before selling the plots). 

b.) 616 square fathoms from the parcel number 1259

      466 square fathoms from the parcel number 1418

      564 square fathoms from the parcel number1691

                                                                             2262 square fathoms

These plots will be registered in the land register of Mehala under the number 2103 as the property of :

1/6 part for Ingrisch born Marmon Elisabeth

1/6 part for the minor Anton Marmon

1/6 part for the minor Katharina Marmon

1/6 part for the minor Joannes Marmon

1/6 part for the minor Peter Marmon

1/6 part for the minor Maria Marmon

The immovable property belongs to Kristina Zimmer, the widow of Joannes Marmon. 

c.) 1 acre and 533 square fathoms from the parcel number 1259

     1 acre from the parcel number 1418

     564 square fathoms from the parcel number 1691

     1 acre and 533 square fathoms from the parcel number 2309 

These plots will be registered in the Mehala land register  number 414 as the property of the minor Anton Marmon and Joannes Plavosin. 

The lien in benefit of the Royal Tax-Office Temesvar for the inheritance tax ( 93 Kronen and 98 Heller) will be noticed under number 1645/1904 t. and it will include an interest of 5% beginning with the 24 May 1904.

The lien in benefit of the Royal Treasury will be noticed in the  land register of  Mehala under the number 1797 and will be taken with the decision 14333 /1904.

Die Aufsuchung des Temesvarer Königlichen Bezirksgerichtes vom Jahre 1901 unter der Nr  Ö 138/ 25 im  Thema Nachlassenschaft von Verstorbenen Joannes Marmon.

 Beschluß

Wegen des vom 1901. Nr Ö 138/17 vom 26 April 1904 datierte übergebende beschluß das Temesvarer Königlichen Bezirksgerichtes, das vom 15 Oktober 1901 datierte Situationsplan, das vom 5 November 1904 datierte Identitätszeugnis ,  sowie das vom 22 Oktober 1901 datierte unter der Nr. 1015/1901  ü. Verfasste  im Notariatsurkunde,  und  Gebührenentrichtung unter Nr. 3084/1901 t. vorgeführt  bei dem Weisenamtes von Temesvarer Komitat, auf grund des Gerichtsbeschlusses vom genehmigten Kauffertrag unter  der Nr. 8613/1904 in dem Mehalaer Kataster  A 3-6  Reihe  Nr 1259. Parzellenzahl Detail  4 Joch, das Nr. 1418  Detail  3 Joch, 1691 Parzellenzahl Detail 3 Joch 976 Quadratklafter und Nr  2309  Parzellenzahl Detail 4 Joch Gesammtfläche notieren lassen, dann aufteilen , danach unter Nr . C 17 Reihenzahl  8 Krohne, 41 Heller Kapital , bis zur dieser  Entlasstungs Summe übertragen, und Gutschreiben für das eingetragene Pfandrecht der Wasserregelungs Gesellschaft vom Temesbega-tal:

a.) das   1259 Parzellenzahl  Detail  2 Joch  451 Quadratklafter Feldstück

a das   1418 Parzellenzahl Detail  1 Joch  1134 Quadratklafter Feldstück

a das   1691 Parzellenzahl Detail  2 Joch  86  Quadratklafter Feldstück

                a sind auf eine Spur zu eröffnen unter der Nr 2102  im Kataster von Mehala  eintragen lassen , und hier soll  das Eigentumsrecht für Ingrisch geb. Elisabeth Marmon, Minderjährige Anton, Katharina, Johannes, Peter und Maria Marmon notiert werden, auf grund als Erbenden von Seligen Johannes Marmon  zu Recht eines Verkaufvertrages : 

      Gutschreibung neben der Auszahlung für Thomas Pavlovits  4040 Krohnen Kaufpreis     

Danach unter dem Nr C 17 oben detailierten Pfandrecht neben solidarübertragung

Und es wird verordnet dass das in Mehalaer Kataster unter Nr 414 für

den Minderjährigen  Anton Marmon und

Johannes Plavosin zurücknotiert werden muss.

Damit das  Pfandrecht für den Temesvaren  Königlichen  Staueramt unter Nr 1645/1904  t . das Ausgemessene 93 Krohne 98 Heller Erbschaftsgebühr, und es wird bestimmt das bis zur Höhe den, vom 24-ten Maj 1904 dazurechnenden 5 % zinsen , auf oben verordnete Notierung von den Gesamten Immobilien als neben Hypotheken  für   die Königliche Schatzkammer einverleiben, das die Hypothekensrechte werden in dem Mehalaer Kataster  Nr 1797 mit der Bestimmung Nr. 14333/1904  einverleibt.
