Mystery Man

This photo was discovered after my Grandmother Katie Ingrisch died in 1992.  It was in a picture frame, behind a photo of my uncle in his WW2 uniform.    We  don't know who this man is or how old the photo is.   It was in the frame for so long you can see on the sides, the impressions made from the back of the cardboard.

At first, I thought it could have been a photo that comes in a picture frame when you buy it, but I was not sure if they did that back in the 40's and if so, would they have placed a photo of an old man in a uniform like this?

I have even tried to identify the uniform the man is wearing, but with no luck.  At the age the man appears, he apparently is strolling down memory lane.  But who knows.   Any clues are appreciated.  Jody

"Manufactures of High-Grade Bank, Store and Office Fixtures.  Pay us a visit while in the city.
The Krueger Manufacturing Co., of Atlanta was where Martin Ingrisch and many other relatives worked upon immigrating to the US.  To the left is an advertisement from the Constitution Atlanta - August 1, 1914, page 7F.

The address was on Lakewood Ave.  I went to this location a few years ago.  Today it is occupied by a different type of business.  You can still see the remnants of the past in the exterior.  I would like to locate the family of the owner of Krueger Mfg., Co. I also found it spelled "Kruger."  If you know any information,  please contact Jody McKim
