Michael Schick, b. 16 Jan 1877 Mercydorf. All US Census records have
been located for this person, including 2 Iowa's State census; & a WWI draft card. A
wedding announcement for his only known child, Anita to Louis Train. I can't find his or
2nd wife
Magdalena's Naturalization documents, death obit or social security index. The only passenger
record found was for a "Csik, Milsaly" 1904 Sep 13, with the est dob 1877
& wife Katalin (who died in
1907 GA, death record has been ordered). See: Katalin Csik in 1903 family document!
Marriage record for brother Ferdinand 1908 in Manhattan, has been ordered. I'll be
making phone contact with a few of possible relatives.

the back of a document from 1918 about tax-fees, my great-grandmother (Christina Zimmer) had
made a handwritten note:
"I have paid the fees (taxes for the Marmon house in Mehala, Hungary)
for Peter and Maria Marmon and for Anton Marmon and Ingrisch Elisabeth and for Schick
Michael. Peter my child, you can ask from the Americans to pay the money back, especially
from Schick."
This was addressed to Peter Marmon, son of Christine Zimmer
